Why do we do the things we do?? Today, as I’m sitting on my porch, I’m watching someone across the road washing off some screens outside on her driveway. The Guelph International Resource Center (GIRC) headed an interesting project taking aim at water conservation and efficiency for a couple of years. Participants led various community events to promote methods of water conservation in the home. Along with building and selling rain barrels in the city of Guelph, Ontario, Canada, the groups also participated in the development of public service ads related to water topics. I was lucky enough to be a part of the project, and here is one of the videos we created.
