If the fixtures in your bathroom were installed before 1993, you are a prime candidate to benefit from a bathroom fixture retrofit.  It was in 1993 that the federal government first issued a “water saving” mandate stipulating that  all new toilets had to use 1.6 gallons of water per flush (GPF) or less.
