The Guelph International Resource Center (GIRC) headed an interesting project taking aim at water conservation and efficiency for a couple of years. Participants led various community events to promote methods of water conservation in the home. Along with building and selling rain barrels in the city of Guelph, Ontario, Canada, the groups also participated in the development of public service ads related to water topics.
